The successful candidate will serve as the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) occupancy and recertification specialist for a mixed-income development in Holyoke, Mass.

Prior experience with tenant recertification, preferably in an LIHTC program, is required. In particular, this firm favors certified credit compliance professionals and certified occupancy specialists for this position. Solid math skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are a must, as is a knack for communication. Spanish language skills and experience with Yardi property management software are desirable.
